We were onboarded to eliminate the corporate feel of Alliance as a brand, creating a new logo, graphics and imagery that reflected the charisma of the team. Prior to this rebrand, Alliance created the idea of ‘Payroll Superheroes’ that we were tasked with expanding throughout their brand presence. Transparency, trust, adaptability, and growth was woven into all the assets created, adding in elements to represent the loud and unique personality of each team member.
Colours, Characters and Confidence
A new colour palette was created to squash the corporate and bring in a new era of personable professionalism, with a bright and engaging flare to bounce of the original red from the previous logo. We stripped the logo back, removing the unnecessary lines but still including the arrow to represent continuity with the previous brand image that was known to many. Avatar ‘payroll superheroes’ were created for each staff member showcasing a charismatic and fund energy from the team, separated into departmental branches with a differently coloured logo so that there is a recognition for clients, matched in the email signatures.
Social Media Gurus
A wide-reaching brand uniformity was necessary for Alliance as they embarked on a new journey into changing the perspective of payroll solutions. Designing their social media content following the superhero comic style was a must, carrying across the striking designs created for the website. Our social media experts know that fun and friendly outperforms corporate, which now sets Alliance apart from the rest of the industry and continuously shows their values.
