November Game Plan: Ready, Set, Swift
Matt and the team started the week with our weekly Stand-Up meeting – the high-energy Swift huddle where we dig into all things client projects, strategies, and upcoming campaigns. Leading the charge on several key accounts, Matt noted the action plan for each client, breaking down priorities, goals, and tactics. He fired off his ‘Monday Morning Update’ email, a neatly packaged rundown of what’s on the agenda for each client this week. No stone left unturned; no client left in the dark.
With the week sorted, we zoomed out to focus on the bigger picture: the entire month of November. Campaign plans were updated, creative ideas were tweaked, and content schedules were refined. We made sure every initiative was geared to deliver a strong finish to the year – all while staying nimble to pivot if new opportunities or challenges come up. November, we’re ready for you!
Feast Your Eyes: A Day Behind-the-Scenes
On Tuesday, Matt hit up The White Lion Weston and got to work – camera in hand, taste buds on standby. He snapped and filmed, capturing mouth-watering shots that’ll have foodies flocking. From golden-brown pub classics to drool-worthy gourmet plates, Matt turned every meal into social media gold, straight from the heart of food heaven.
The White Lion’s already got that “must-try” buzz, and these shots are about to make waves across FoodTok and Insta feeds.
Lights, Camera, Chaos: A Glimpse into Swift’s TikTok Magic
As a bold, forward-thinking marketing agency, we don’t just talk the talk – we film the walk. On Wednesday, Matt was back behind the camera, but this time the spotlight was on us.
Armed with creative ideas and a good dose of caffeine, he captured the Swift team in action for some upcoming TikToks. From funny trends to the ‘oh-so-candid’ coffee breaks, we’re giving the world a sneak peek at the madness behind the marketing.
If we’re preaching the power of video for brands, you bet we’re doing it ourselves. Check out our socials here.
A Night of Inspiration and Celebration at the Prolific North Awards
Matt and a few of the team had the pleasure of joining our Head of Creative, James Parker-Aiken, at the Prolific North Marketing Awards to celebrate his well-deserved nomination for ‘Aspiring Leader’.
With drinks flowing, delicious food, a buzz of excitement, and some solid dance floor action, we had a top night raising a glass to James and everything on the horizon for Swift. It was an honour to be in the company of industry heavyweights like Formula One’s Head of Digital Content, Andrew Diggle, and ITV Studios’ VP of Social Media, Claire Hoang. As a rising Cheshire agency, sharing a room with leaders who’ve hit the big leagues was nothing short of inspiring.
Paid Social Power-Up
Matt’s Friday was all about levelling up our paid social game. He dove into an in-depth training session on the latest platform updates, uncovering fresh features and insights to sharpen our strategy. From targeting tweaks to creative optimisation, Matt explored every opportunity for improvement. By the end of the session, he’d identified several powerful tactics to test out, each designed to amplify our clients’ results and keep us ahead of the competition.
Padel Power & Family Recharge
On Saturday, Matt was in his element, smashing it on the padel court at the newly opened Cheshire Padel Club—where you’ll find him any chance he gets. The guy’s got a passion for padel, and there’s no place he’d rather be than right there, battling it out with friends and perfecting his game.
The rest of the weekend? That was all about family time. Matt took a break from the hustle, recharging his batteries and soaking up some well-deserved R&R.
