Ten Legs Gin

helping Ten Legs reach a wider audience through different mediums

Ten Legs Gin approached Swift via client referral, having only used social media as an outlet for brand exposure. As a family-run business, they made the most of having Brad Simpson from The Vamps on board, using him as the central focus on their feed. We put together a proposal that helped to push the brand in all areas, not just social, with the focus centring back onto the main element of the brand – gin.

Tops to get Talking

Our first step was creating, making, and distributing branded t-shirts in line with their plans to approach bars linked with their distributor LWC, in having their gin sold and advertised for. This matched the summer-themed campaign plans, as seen in the design.

The Finer Things in Life

As part of the plans for promotional bar collateral, we created an educational leaflet for bar staff to use when serving Ten Legs Gin. The graphic is designed to help them fully understand the history of the gin, born out of several factors such as love of life and the adaptability to either have at home or out and about. Finer details on the leaflet showcase the specific characteristics of the gin such as the flavours, and how to make a cherry gin sour cocktail. All of this is in aid of high-quality brand representation, so that a customer’s experience with the bartender will leave a lasting impression.

Switching Up Socials

When approaching how to switch up the social strategy, we planned alternative content from Brad, focusing instead on the gin as a product and what it represents as a drink and for the brand. Using competitions, we encouraged user engagement, such as asking people to showcase themselves with the gin. Seasonal content was always pushed, such as Valentine’s Day and all things summer. AI was utilised in adaptation, with original shots capturing the gin and then adding cinematics and eye-catching designs that boosts user engagement.

Location

In partnering with Genting Casinos, we created graphic for a magazine that would be located across all locations, advertising the gin that would be available for purchase for customers. At the Sh!t Show Art Exhibition in London, Ten Legs Gin was asked to provide drinks, which led to the creation of an A1 piece of artwork, fitted onto a foamex board, showcasing the brand. This was paired with gift bags in the branded colours, as well as promotional leaflets.
